Your information and Pncyl

Who we are

Pncyl is made by Hexaport Pty Ltd (ABN 74 663 475 607), New South Wales, Australia ("Pncyl", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use Pncyl and the pncyl.com website, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your account: your email address, your name if you sign in with Google, and your password (stored only in a scrambled form we cannot read).
• What you make: your projects, floor plans, materials and objects, and the photos and pictures you add to them.
• Your plan and payments: which plan you are on and its history. Card details go straight to our payment provider, Stripe; we never see or store them.
• How Pncyl is used: basic technical information such as your browser, errors, and which features are used.
• Messages: anything you send us, and the address you give us if you ask us to email you a link to Pncyl.

How we use it

We use the information we collect at our discretion to run Pncyl and your account, to make and improve Pncyl, to take payments, to keep Pncyl secure, and to contact you about your account and about Pncyl.

Who else handles it

We use other companies to provide parts of Pncyl, and they handle your information for us:

• Google (Firebase and Google Cloud) stores your account and designs and runs Pncyl’s servers.
• Stripe takes payments.
• Resend sends our emails.
• When you make an object or material from photos, those photos are sent to the services that make it: fal.ai, and Google’s Gemini models.

Some of these companies store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We may also share information when the law requires it, or with a buyer if Pncyl is ever sold.

How long we keep it

We keep your designs while you have a plan or a trial. When a trial or plan ends, your designs are kept for 14 days and then deleted; your account stays, so you can come back.

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time in Pncyl: open your plan from the account bar and choose Delete my account. That deletes your designs straight away and cancels any plan. Stripe keeps payment records as the law requires.

Seeing or correcting your information

Email hello@pncyl.com to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or with any question or complaint about privacy. We will answer within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may change this policy. If we do, we will tell you by email or in Pncyl before the change takes effect, and update the date at the top.
